Bioclimatic House, a space respecting forest in Mexico.

Located in the Club de Golf la Ceiba in the Yucatan Peninsula.
The project stands on land with abundant vegetation, so it is considered to adapt the architecture to the terrain; most of the trees are respected, and they are relocated to provide shade to the open spaces and use the vegetation in favor to generate cool breezes that allow ventilating in a natural way each of the spaces.
The project is developed from the needs of an adult couple, so a single level is proposed, with access and amenities with dimensions appropriate to any need, for easy access and circulation between each area.
The project is divided into three stages (garage, service area, and residential area), which are communicated by means of ramps and steps through gardens and loose walls.

With views of the outside from any point of the house, it is possible to give an identity to each of the spaces, with unique perspectives, without being exposed to the street or the golf course, giving privacy through loose walls and a landscape design inspired by the regional jungle
The project was developed from 3 longitudinal axes, which allow generating a mostly free plant, which unifies Living / Dining Room / Terrace / Kitchen, by hiding the glass within walls. These axes communicate with the bedroom area, next to the pool, passing through the guest room / CTO TV, which serves as a transition to the private area of the bedrooms, which overlook a private garden, which functions as a meditative and contemplative space, when walking the paths traced within the landscape design.

With a selection of materials and a low-maintenance vegetable palette (concrete, steel, and wood), clean and warm spaces are generated, in conjunction with the landscape design, it is possible to create a state of tranquility and peace in the environments, for the greater well-being of the users.
Playing with simple geometry, totally open to the outside, the natural environment is incorporated into each space by means of translucent elements, which are able to provide amplitude and natural lighting to the spaces, inviting us again to live with nature.
